1) License Credentials
• Active contractor's license in your field of expertise
• Licensure aligned with state and local regulations
2) Insurance
• Proof of general liability insurance.
• Workers' compensation coverage (if applicable).
• Minimum coverage of $1 million.
3) Bond
• Demonstrate bonding capacity (if required for your scope of work).
4) Onboarding
• Completion of a brief orientation to learn our systems and standards.
5) Non-Compete Agreement
• To protect the integrity of our projects, participants agree not to use project details for independent gain or solicit clients for non-network projects.
6) EIN and Legal Forms
• Submission of EIN and completed W-9 for payment processing.

When selecting subcontractors, we consider:

• Specialized licensing for tasks like electrical or plumbing is a plus.

• Ability to handle diverse projects, from small-scale residential to commercial installations.
